How to make Office Clawhauser as a cake from the new Zootopia / zootropolis movie. In this face cake tutorial I show you how to make officer Benjamin Clawhauser from the new Zootopia movie (or Zootopolis in the uk!) as a small cake. You can use any cake to do this along with some buttercream. The fondant / sugar paste I use in this video is Icewise sugar paste. Once smooth and creamy, fold in the flour. Pour in to a greased cake tin and bake in the oven at 180degrees for approximately 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean. Buttercream recipe - 600g icing sugar, sifted 300g unsalted or salted butter, softened optional flavouring Beat the ingredients together.
